Dr. Songxue Wangwill be the contact person for ASAG within the MyToolBox project. Dr. Wang has been engaged in the detection, prevention, control and risk analysis of mycotoxins in cereals and oils. He actively participated in setting international limits for the regulation of mycotoxins within Codex Alimentarius Commission and its Codex Committee on Contaminants in Foods through providing mycotoxin surveillance data for unprocessed grains in China, and amending the Code of Practice for the Prevention and Reduction of Mycotoxin Contamination in Cereals (CAC/RCP 51-2003). He has been a key researcher in many national projects (see list below). He has published more than 20 papers in core journals in China and internationally in recent years, has established three national standards, and has been awarded with the first prize of Science and Technology Award from Chinese Cereals and Oils Association. Dr. Wang is also the convener of the WG08 of ISO food products/cereals and pulses (ISO/TC34/ SC4) related to mycotoxins and is member of the delegation of Annual meeting of the Codex Committee on contaminants in foods (CCCF), member of the National Grain and Oil Standardization Technical Committee, P.R. China, and the technical expert of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association.
