WP3 leader and will be scientifically involved in WP3 and WP4 activities. She is senior scientist at DLO-RIKILT for more than 10 years, working in the field of chemical safety of the food and feed supply chain, mainly focusing on mycotoxins. Topics covered include HACCP, traceability, quality management and predictive modelling of mycotoxins. She has a background in epidemiology, a PhD in economic modelling, and previously worked in the field of modelling pathogens in the supply chain. Ine was coordinator of many (inter)national projects, including the transnational project MYCONET, focusing on identification of emerging mycotoxins and on modelling climate change impacts on mycotoxins. She was involved in the EFSA project on climate change impacts on aflatoxins. She has published about 70 peer-reviewed scientific publications and over 75 conference papers.
