Project role

Cranfield will be involved in the RTD work as the Deputy Leader of WP2 in relation to the development of real time monitoring of biological activity in stored cereals and other commodities and in WP3 integrating biological boundary models with real time sensing information to provide a dynamic DSS tool for post- harvest grain storage managers; Cranfield will also contribute to the development of HACCP tools from a post-harvest perspective in the key commodity chains in the project.
